Vern's started out as a two bay garage in 1987 and is now a well established eight bay automotive repair facility. We are big enough to get most vehicles in and out the same day, but small enough to provide that personal experience that dealerships and franchises can't or won't. Although we are in business to make a profit, we are not going to gouge customers with needless UPSALES or scare tactics. Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us. Being your lifelong automotive service provider and earning your business referrals is how we make a profit. We want you to feel like you are part of the Vern's Auto Repair family, not just the guy or gal with the 2013 Mustang.
Upon arriving at our front door, you will be cordially greeted by one of our Service Writers, J.D. or Vern. The Service Writer will take your information, attentively listen to your vehicle concerns, and let you know approximately what time you will be hearing from us with a diagnosis. If you are dropping off your vehicle after hours, we have a secure key drop box conveniently located by the front entrance.
Our Service Writer will provide you with a cost estimate and let you know when your vehicle will be ready for pick up. ONLY AFTER WE RECEIVE APPROVAL, DO WE PERFORM THE REPAIR. We will not hold your car or truck hostage simply because we can. That is not how we nurture lifelong relationships. Based on customer feedback, once you allow us to fulfill your automotive needs you won't be happy going anywhere else.
We have partnered with a rental car facility that extends us discounted rates and we offer free shuttle service within the area.
